Arrivals
Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a Nelio Tours sign, assist with your luggage, and escort you directly to the vehicle. Flight tracking and waiting time are included for a smooth and stress-free arrival.
- Includes up to 60 minutes of waiting time after landing
- After this time, the driver may leave and the booking will be charged in full
- If you expect a delay due to passport control, baggage, or other reasons and would like the driver to wait longer, please contact the driver in advance to request extended waiting time
- Additional waiting time is charged at €10 per each additional 15-minute period
Departures
We recommend allowing sufficient time before departure when booking your transfer.
We cannot be held responsible for missed flights due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, or force majeure events.
Cancellation

- Cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund
- In case the supplier cancels the activity, including force majeure, a full refund will be provided
