• The route may slightly vary depending on traffic conditions
• If you wish to spend more or less time at a location, please coordinate with the driver and agree on a meeting point and time to continue the tour
• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for uneven surfaces and stairs
• Bring weather-appropriate clothing
• The tour operates in most weather conditions
• Wheelchair accessibility: all sites are accessible except for parts of the Small Fortress route, which may require light assistance

Experience

Your experience begins with hotel pick-up in Prague, followed by a comfortable drive through the Czech countryside. During the journey, you can listen to carefully prepared audio commentary, available in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Bulgarian, providing historical context and insights before your arrival.

Upon arrival, you will have free time to explore the site at your own pace. Walk through the former ghetto, visit memorial areas, and, if you wish, explore the Small Fortress or museum exhibitions. The experience allows space for personal reflection and a deeper understanding of this important historical location.

You will be accompanied by a professional private driver with extensive experience working with international guests. His role is to ensure a smooth ride, flexible timing, comfort, and personal assistance throughout the tour. Please note that the driver is not a licensed tour guide and does not accompany guests inside the memorial sites.

At the beginning of the experience, you will also be welcomed by an English-speaking tour coordinator, who will provide a brief introduction, share practical information, answer initial questions, and remain available by phone during the tour if needed.
